My education programmes are designed to promote, teach, and foster high-quality journalism on a national and international level. Through these programmes, my aim is to upskill emerging professionals and students from diverse backgrounds across the globe.

In my commitment to supporting underrepresented communities and countries, I frequently offer scholarships to emerging talents in the areas of media practice, visual journalism, narrative, ethics, business, and entrepreneurship. By providing access to education and resources, I strive to empower these individuals to become leaders in their fields and share their unique perspectives with the world.

As an educator, I believe that my role is to guide fellow professionals out of ignorance. I recognise that traditional forms of education can often be mere indoctrination, despite their high cost. Therefore, I aim to provide education programmes that promote critical thinking, creativity, and diversity of thought.

My ultimate goal is to contribute to the advancement of journalism and the democratization of public narrative. By promoting excellence, inclusivity, and ethical standards, I hope to inspire the next generation of journalists to create a better world through their work.

Education is at the forefront of my mission to share my knowledge and expertise. In addition to my flagship Mentorship Programs, I am pleased to offer a vibrant range of seminars, workshops, and masterclasses designed to meet the needs of emerging professionals and students alike.

Since the launch of VX Pictures in 2020, I have partnered with other outstanding photographers to offer these sought-after courses. My commitment to the education and vocational training of aspiring photographers and visual journalists dates back to 2017 when I first began teaching. Through my own passion for photography, I have gained a reputation for innovation in the field.

My Education programmes are designed to provide individuals with the skills and resources necessary to succeed in the competitive world of photojournalism. By fostering creativity, critical thinking, and ethical standards, I hope to inspire the next generation of photographers and journalists to make a positive impact on the world.

As a team, we are dedicated to the ongoing development of new, exciting, and engaging education programmes to complement our existing offerings. Our programmes are available both in the UK and Europe (with worldwide options available upon request), as well as online. We strive to provide education and professional development opportunities in communities where access to photographic excellence is limited or non-existent, and we are actively seeking partnerships with like-minded organisations to further these efforts.

Our Mentorship Program has been met with great success, providing valuable career momentum for many young photographers. We are continuously working to improve and develop our pedagogy and practice, and we are currently in the process of developing a comprehensive code of ethics for our teachers and mentors.

Since its inception in 2017 and launch in 2018, my Mentorship Program has played a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young photographers from Europe, the Middle East, and the UK. Through personalized programs designed to enhance their professional practice, our mentees have gone on to establish successful careers in the field, with some continuing their journeys with VX Pictures and others joining other photo agencies.

As members of the VX Pictures team, we take great pride in the significant work produced by our mentees and their established relationships with major media organizations in Britain and beyond. The Mentorship Program has been equally beneficial for us, as it has allowed us to learn and grow alongside our mentees. We are committed to evolving the program further to meet the evolving needs of young photographers.

As of 2022, we have temporarily paused the Mentorship Program until further notice. We remain committed to providing education and development opportunities for emerging professionals, and we are exploring new avenues to support their growth and success in the field.
