I am a London-based photographer, editor and journalist focusing on the politics of race, gender, identity, migration and displacement of people due to climate change and armed conflicts.

I am a HEFAT (Hostile Environment First Aid Awareness Trained) certified Photographer. My most recent experience in conflict reporting is Syria’s civil war and the aftermath of the Armenian – Azerbaijani armed conflict in the disputed region of Nagorno Karabakh. I am now in Ukraine, reporting on the fight against Russia’s military aggression. 

Most of my work has been featured in American, European and Middle Eastern print, web and broadcast media.

I am an accredited press member with the UK National Union of Journalists – NUJ.  I am internationally recognised and certified for international news coverage with the International Federation of Journalists via NUJ. I am also a member of the British Press Photo Association – BPPA.
